It is an excellent program for those who hates that safely remove hardware icon.
Every program in your background decreases your system resources.
 Incorrect Tool I thought this would remove phantom icons from my desktop - I didn't realize it removes hardware icons. My error - no fault of program. Best wishes, but it wasn't the right program for me.

This product did help fix a couple of problems I was having due to a virus, however it did not completely remove the virus from my computer and the full functionality of my machine was not restored.
